On September 17th, a ceremony commemorating the 82nd anniversary of the Soviet invasion of Poland took place at Matka Sybiraczki Square. Representatives of local government authorities, state institutions, and religious leaders attended. The Warsaw Ghetto Museum was represented by Deputy Director Dr. Hanna Węgrzynek, who laid flowers at the Monument to the Fallen and Murdered in the East.
