In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as GDPR), I hereby inform you that:

The purposes of personal data processing and the legal basis for processing
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the statutory activities, mission and tasks of the Warsaw Ghetto Museum on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, i.e. the consent of the data subject, Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation, i.e. the performance of the contract, and Article 6(1)(c), i.e. compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.
Recipients of personal data
The recipients of your personal data will be entities authorized to process them under a data processing agreement for the purpose of carrying out the statutory activities, missions and tasks of the Warsaw Ghetto Museum.
Data storage period
We will store your personal data until the task for which the personal data was collected is completed, and then, in the case of archival materials, for the period specified in the Act of 14 July 1983 on national archival resources and archives (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 217, as amended).
Data subject rights
According to the GDPR, you have the right to:
- The right to access, rectify, delete or limit processing of your data.
- The right to object to data processing.
- The right to data portability.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, if the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a).
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Voluntary provision of data
Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.
Information about automated decision-making
Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
