Białystok Ghetto Uprising participants and Zbigniew Rećko, codename "Thirteen," will be the patrons of 2023 in Białystok. This decision was made by Białystok councilors at their meeting on October 24th. The proposal to commemorate the heroes of the Białystok Ghetto Uprising was proposed by Mayor Rafał Rudnicki.
