On the occasion of the 83rd anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, we invite you to a city walk "In the Footsteps of the Jewish Military Union".
The walk will focus on a lesser-known Jewish organization that fought in the April 1943 uprising. We will visit, among other places, Muranowski Square, the brushmakers' shop, bunkers, the pre-war Betar headquarters, and the Hotel Polski. The walk will begin on Sunday, April 19th at 10:2 a.m. at the Square of the Mother of the Sybiraczki on Muranowska Street and will last approximately two hours, ending at noon at the Monument to the Ghetto Heroes.
The walk will be led by Marcin Bartosiewicz from the Education Department of the Warsaw Ghetto Museum.
