The international academic conference "Decision: Saving Lives: Diplomats and Aid Operations During the Holocaust," organized by the Pilecki Institute , will take place from October 19th to 21st. The keynote address on the second day of the conference, " Lonely in the Face of Apathy: Diplomatic Aid Operations During the Holocaust and 20th-Century Genocides ," will be delivered by Professor Daniel Blatman of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Chief Historian of the WGM.
