With spring coming, we invite you to the construction site of the Warsaw Ghetto Museum, where work on the creation of further underground spaces is in full swing.

We have completed an extremely complex task on the museum construction site. Last Saturday, an important scenographic element - a covered freight wagon – was installed on level minus two with the help of a crane.

On 24 February 2025, at the Jewish Cemetery on Okopowa Street in Warsaw, we said goodbye to Marian Turski, one of the last surviving witnesses of the Holocaust, our mentor, friend, and member of the first Council of the Warsaw Ghetto Museum.

On February 28th, Hanna Wróblewska, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, appointed Dr. Katarzyna Person as the director of the Warsaw Ghetto Museum. Her five-year term will begin on March 3rd this year.

The Minister of Culture and National Heritage, Hanna Wróblewska, has accepted the recommendations of the competition committee for Dr Katarzyna Person-Wooddin as director of the Warsaw Ghetto Museum for a five-year term (2025-2030).

The archaeological site at the former Miła 18 will be open till the end of October. You can visit the site from Friday to Sunday…
