On Sunday, December 19, the last Varsavianist walk of this year in the footsteps of the Warsaw Ghetto took place – “The Ghetto in the Memoirs of Ludwik Hirszfeld”. This time Agnieszka Kuś, a city guide and blogger, led us to places connected with the outstanding bacteriologist and immunologist Ludwik Hirszfeld, who lived in the Warsaw Ghetto in 1941–1942. Hirszfeld survived the war and published his memoir, The Story of One Life, in 1946.
