Commemoration of the 79th anniversary of the extermination of the Mińsk Mazowiecki ghetto
On August 21, 1942, the Germans began the extermination of the ghetto in Mińsk Mazowiecki, where about 7,000 Jews were imprisoned. Most of them were transported to the extermination camp in Treblinka that day. At the 79th commemoration of the extermination of the ghetto in Minsk Mazowiecki, the Warsaw Ghetto Museum was represented by Dr. Halina Postek, Head of the Education Department.
